What is your Lead Time?
We attempt to ship as soon as possible, some orders will go out in 3 – 5 days and some of the more custom products will take 10 – 12 days.   We do also offer an express program that will get your custom product out in as little 24 hours.

What type of surfaces can shutters be installed on?
Shutters can be installed on almost any type of a surface using either our shutter spike or shutter screw.  

Can I paint the custom exterior shutters?
We offer a paintable version of all our products, you would have to request color 49.   Our colored through product is not paintable.  There are products on the market that claim to be able to paint plastic shutters, but we have not done any testing to verify their claims.  We do offer a product that is colored and can be painted later, that product is our One Piece Shutter.

How thick is the material used on your exterior shutters?
The material will vary anywhere from 1/8” to 3/16” depending on the product and the structural requirement of the product.

How deep are your shutters?
They will vary a bit, but on average they are 1” deep.   We do offer a Country Style Shutter is nearly 2” deep.

Is your product returnable?
Most our product are made to order, so we do not accept returns.  If you should need help in figuring out how to measure, don’t understand the differences between products, or just want to talk about your decision before you purchase, please call us at 815-648-2401.
